Thoughts on the game:

This was a tight game, dare I say a pithcher's duel between John Lannan and Brad Penny, through 6 innings. That's when the fun started as the Sox ripped the Nats' bullpen for 8 runs in less than 3 innings. Pedroia, Youkilis, Bay, and Ellsbury all had multi-hit games, with Bay and Ellsbury leading the way with 4 each.

Thoughts on the stadium:

The Nats have a fun little park. Seeing the new creative way Teddy Roosevelt will lose the Presidents' race is a treat. We had some great seats in the 1st row behind the Sox bullpen, so it was a great spot to see the inner workings of the 'pen. The park was clean, easy to get around in, and had great sightlines. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to really get too excited about either.
