Thoughts on the game:
I've been to too many games at Fenway Park to count, but this one is my favorite. These were some of the best seats I've ever had, 3rd row directly behind the Yankees dugout. Hillenbrand hit a monster home run off Rivera with 2 outs in the 8th to give the Red Sox the lead. I got a nice closeup view of Jeter and Rivera's dejected faces as they came back to the dugout. On a side note, Clemens stuck his head out of the dugout once and was met with "Sit your fat face back down Roger!" within 2 seconds. The man is loved.
Thoughts on the stadium:
The only park I've been to that I would describe as beautiful. It's really like no other park in the majors. The seats may be small and the tunnels may be dirty, but they make a great hot dog and there's no better place to see a game. When you come out of the tunnels and look out at the field, framed by the Green Monster out in left, it's amazing. But if you're claustrophobic, skip it.
